➢ Strengthening the alumni library by ICT infrastructure

➢ Annual Ethio-tour events aiming to reward outstanding students
3. How to ship those computers from Imperial college London.
4. Prioritizing the plan.
The meeting started after the report presentation by Tenager Bekalu during his school visit on June 2014.
Discussions and decisions
1.Proposed ideas for the anniversary and responsible persons to be contacted (All graduate members are invited to forward their ideas and works)
o Artworks (Literature or graphic designs) for the 50 anniversary of the school in the next November. (Solomon Nurga)
o Statistical review and poster presentations.(Dawit Gezahagne)
o Live demonstrations and experience sharing with current students. (Misganaw Birhan).
o Addressing the activities on the day of the anniversary to the alumni abroad by sharing memories and live comments ( Tenager Bekalu and Tewodros Tesera).
o Best teachers and students of the year award by Tana Haik graduates.(Solomon Nurga)
o Fund raising programs such as shoe polishing and finding organizations for
Sponsorship (Tenager Bekalu).
o Reaching out to and inviting more Tana Haik graduates through public means, such as renowned former graduates and media. (Tewodros Tesera)
2.Proceeding the regular plan.
o Strengthening the alumni library by introducing new ICT infrastructure to enhance the trend of reading by using the library resources. To run with a better potential empowering computers and Internet connection to the students library is one big issue. This task is given to Tenager Bekalu
o Giving continuous support for students with lower income families. However, no final decision was made and the issue will be raised in the next meeting.
3. Shipping the computers from London to Ethiopia.
This task will be given to Yonatan Gossaye,Yebeltal Mesfin, Heran Nurga, Misganaw Birhan & Tewodros Tesera.
